PRE-CRUISE HOTEL AND RECEPTION LOCATION

The Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites will be the location of the pre-cruise reception on Saturday, May 16. NAWJ has a special group rate of $419 CAD per night (about $307 USD). The last day to book is Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Rates are available for stays the nights of Thursday, May 14 - Saturday, May 16.

If you have already made a hotel reservation at the Delta and would like to be added to the NAWJ block, you may call the hotel and ask them to switch or provide your name and reservation number to NAWJ by email (operations@nawj.org).

The Delta Hotel is very close to the cruise boarding pier (about 0.3 mile walk). Due to the close proximity, each registrant will be responsible for their own transport to the cruise boarding pier on May 17.

Disembarkation and Transport to Anchorage

Guests with flights before 2:00 pm will be transferred directly to the airport, where they will claim their luggage and check-in for their flight. Guests with flights after 2:00 pm will be taken to the Hospitality Center. Guests will have time to spend in Anchorage before returning to the Hospitality Center for their transfer to the airport. Transfers from the Egan Convention Center to the Airport run from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Please return to the Hospitality Center by 5:30 pm to check in for the return to the airport.

Guests will complete an online check-in (this should be done at least 15 days before arrival) where they can submit their flight details to arrange embarkation/disembarkation processes. This check-in will come from Holland America.

If you are staying in Anchorage after the cruise, we recommend these hotels which are nearby the bus terminal where we will be dropped off.
