NAWJ is a dynamic gathering of women judges who are dedicated to preserving judicial independence to women, minorities and other historically disfavored groups while increasing the number and advancement of women judges, and providing cutting edge judicial education.
NAWJ acts as an equalizer, allowing us to interact simply at colleagues, without barriers, to work together to achieve ways to better our profession, to strengthen the judiciary, to diversify our bench and bar and to achieve a more just and fair society.
