REGISTRATION

The registration fee includes access to all educational sessions, receptions, meals and transportation from Wednesday, October 7 through Sunday, October 11, 2015.

Cancellation and Refunds: If notice of cancellation is received after September 7, 2015, the registration fee, less a $25 processing fee, is refundable. Notices of cancellations received within 3 days of the conference are refundable less a $50 processing fee.

2015 Annual Conference Registration Fees:

  • $525 for Members who are First-Time Attendees
  • $595 for NAWJ Members ($550 Earlybird rate until May 25.)
  • $695 for Non-Member Attendees
  • $575 Guest Rate (spouse and children of attendees)($550 Earlybird rate until May 25.)

HOTEL

The five-star Grand America Hotel is our host hotel. It is located at 555 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. NAWJ has reserved a block of rooms at the Grand America at $189 a night for attendees. You may call (800) 304-8696 and say you are booking with NAWJ. The room block will be held until September 14, 2015, or until it is full, whichever comes first. Room blocks can sell out, so early booking is recommended.

OPTIONAL WILDERNESS HIKE: Dog Lake Trail, Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest

Twenty (20) attendees may attend this beautiful hike. Dog Lake Trail is a 6 mile out and back trail located near Salt Lake City, Utah that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Please email lcousin@nawj.org if you want to attend. Possible $15 shuttle fee.
