-Provides technical assistance, training, publications and advocacy support
-Provides peer-self advocacy services for people with psychiatric or developmental disabilities

-Establishes paternity, obtains and enforces support orders, and may assist with order modification and the Compromise of Arrears Program
-Enhances the lives and well-being of children and promotes family self-sufficiency by establishing and enforcing court orders
