NAWJ 2026 Midyear Meeting

Schedule At a Glance

May 16, 2026 – Welcome reception and gathering before the cruise.  Check in with NAWJ and receive your welcome materials.  Guests must be registered to attend the welcoming reception.  You will need to reserve your own hotel in Vancouver.  Hotel options will be provided near the cruise terminal and reception.

May 17-24, 2026 – Alaska Cruise on Holland America with port stops and CLE sessions on at-sea days.

Registration and Cruise Reservation Process

Registering for the Midyear Meeting cruise is a two-step process

Step 1- Register for the Midyear Meeting

• Click the register link above and log-in as a NAWJ Member.  You will be able to select your ticket and any guest tickets for the NAWJ meeting.
  Tickets are:
  • $200 for NAWJ Early Bird Registration which includes education sessions, welcoming reception, registration materials and gift bag
  • $150 per non-member guest (or $100 for guests under 21) which includes welcoming reception and gift bag.

Step 2 – Register for the cruise

• In your Midyear Meeting confirmation email you will be sent contact information for the NAWJ cruise agent, Lorraine Travel, who can help you decide on the type of cabin experience you wish to have.  All arrangements for the cruise are made directly with Lorraine Travel and not through NAWJ.

Refund Policy

The cruise line has its own cancellation policy for the cruise portion of the event and you must contact the cruise line or Lorraine Travel to make those arrangements.

Full refunds will be offered for your NAWJ registration fee ($200) through January 31, 2026.  If you must cancel on or after February 1, 2026, a $25 processing fee will be assessed.  No refunds will be offered after April 1, 2026, because of material that will need to be ordered.
