NAWJ 2026 Midyear Meeting

Schedule At a Glance

May 16, 2026 – Check in and arrival reception before the cruise.  Guests must be registered to attend the arrival reception.  You will need to reserve your own hotel in Vancouver. 

May 17-24, 2026 – Alaska Cruise on Holland America with port stops and CLE sessions on at-sea days.  Incluses two onboard receptions for those registered.

Registration and Cruise Reservation Process

As of February 3, 2026, the NAWJ cabins are sold out. If you would still like to attend the Midyear Meeting Cruise, register for the meeting here, then book the cruise ( Voyage number 1633) directly with Holland America. Use the code TNQ to be linked to the NAWJ group.

Step 1- Register yourself and your guests for the Midyear Meeting

• Click the register link above and log-in as a NAWJ Member.  You will be able to select your ticket and any guest tickets for the NAWJ meeting.
  Tickets are:

  • $200 for NAWJ Early Bird Registration which includes arrival reception, education sessions, onboard welcoming reception, onboard closing reception, registration materials and Welcome Gift. Early discounted rate ends on December 31, 2025 and will increase to $250/person.

  • $150 per non-member guest (or $100 for guests under 21) which includes arrival reception, onboard welcoming reception, onboard closing reception, and Welcome Gift

Step 2 – Register for the cruise

• Book the cruise ( Voyage number 1633) directly with Holland America. Use the code TNQ to be linked to the NAWJ group.

Refund Policy

The cruise line has its own cancellation policy for the cruise portion of the event and you must contact the cruise line or Lorraine Travel to make those arrangements.

Full refunds will be offered for your NAWJ registration fee through January 31, 2026.  If you must cancel on or after February 1, 2026, a $25 processing fee will be assessed.  No refunds will be offered after April 1, 2026, because of material that will need to be ordered.
