COVID Precautions: NAWJ has established a policy that all attendees must wear masks and show proof of either being vaccinated or a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the start of the conference. An original copy, photocopy, or picture on a device of the vaccine card or COVID 19 test may be presented as proof of status.
Hotel and venue staff have been asked to wear masks during the conference.
This link to the hotel website explains the precautions they are taking. In addition, all conference attendees will be required to wear masks and the room setups will provide appropriate social distancing. NAWJ plans to implement these same procedures during all off-site events to the fullest extent possible as well. Metro Nashville is a leader in the state in protective measures, including required face coverings for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals in schools and while inside all other Metro government buildings. (as of 09/13/2021).
The cancelation fee for persons who register before September 13, 2021, is $50. Registrants who cancel after September 13, 2021, will not be eligible for a refund.
