I may not be a judge but belonging to NAWJ inspires me to be a judge!  I am a bankruptcy attorney with 25 years of experience and I joined NAWJ in 2013.  It is the most incredible professional association that I have belonged to in my 25 years of practice.  These women judges come from all over the county and represent all areas of the judiciary and they are smart and confident and generous.  From the novice county judge to the Notorious RBG – the group is very inclusive. Everyone is eager to share information and experiences and to help each other.  The quality of the conference programs and the speakers is always amazing.  I feel very fortunate to have found this organization and to have become a member.
