Hon. Carmen Velasquez Honored by Second Department of New York

NAWJ Board member Justice Carmen Velasquez was honored by the Second Department of New York with a Latinas Leading in the 21st Century Award in recognition of her faithful service to the people of the State of New York. She was presented this award on October 13, 2023, by Presiding Justice Hector LaSalle and Associate Justices of the Appellate Division, Second Department.
